HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Your active wear will ship within 1 - 2 business days of your order being placed, and then take another 2 -7 days to reach your doorstep. Free shipping post will take 3-5 business days with royal mail. Empire delivery is £5.95 and will take 1-2 days. Due to Covid-19, there may be some delays with both domestic and
international orders due to current travel restrictions.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange and 14 days to request a refund.
A quick heads up: To make a successful return, we just need the item(s) you are returning to be in new, their original packaging.
Exchanges and Refunds: You will need to cover the cost of shipping your parcel back to our warehouse. We will provide you with details of the warehouse during the return process. Please Note: You must keep hold of your return tracking number, as we need this to complete the exchange or refund.

We want all our customers to be happy. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets our requirements. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.
Empire Activewear reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.

Empire Activewear is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with Empire Activewear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
